There is plenty of space for small flower beds at each apartment. Parking space is provided, although specific spaces are not assigned to each apartment. There is a community center for use by the tenants; play games, family gatherings, parties, etc. A local health facility comes to the complex once a month to have bingo and do blood pressure checks, etc.
