Jewel Lake Villa’s purpose is to provide quality, affordable, and safe housing available to persons with limited economic resources. A successful applicant will pay approximately 30% (1/3) of their monthly gross income for rent while the Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) assists with balance.
