Silver Lake Center is located in historic Dover, Delaware offering both ShortStay Rehabilitation and LongTerm Care. Our Transitional Care Unit offers an alternative for patients requiring Rehabilitation and / or medical services related to an illness, injury or surgery. 24-hour coverage by nurses specially trained in patient assessment, evaluation and treatment plans together with 7 day per week therapy tailored to each patient’s individual needs gives Silver Lake Center our patient-centered, outcome-focused interdisciplinary approach. Combining the medical and personal needs of each patient enables us to deliver quality healthcare with warmth and compassion.
